Dora’s Kitchen: Authentic Mexican Flavors in Phoenix

From out of town. Whoever helped us was super friendly. Food was delicious. Would certainly recommend. We had time to kill so we didn't mind a little wait for food and all of our food came out fresh.

GREAT breakfast burrito! Had the chorizo & it was excellent and filling. The sauces at the table are very good. I enjoyed the green one and added it to every bite. The owner is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

The food was fresh and tasty , i have something different everyday, cant go wrong with the platters The store has plenty of drink options Everything clean and organized The Owners are super friendly, attentive, great people They have drive thru as well, parking, very nice little shop to grab a nice grub

Visited with my family while traveling in the Phoenix area and was very happy we found Dora’s. The building itself is unassuming, but the food was terrific and the owners were very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area. Thanks for the great experience and huge breakfast burritos!!

A very pleasant surprise! We were in the area randomly and were hungry. Without much around, we found this place on Google maps. It’s a dingy (and a bit shady looking) convenience store/check cashing place with a restaurant window. The owners could not have been sweeter and the burritos were amazing! We had a breakfast burrito and California burrito. Highly recommend you step out of the norm and give this place a try! We will be back.

Great corner spot with all the beer selection, Beatbox, Big Sipz and other tasty Margarita type offerings. Food is great I go Machacha and Egg hits the spot everytime. Owners always ask how I am doing and care about their customers. Don't forget about the Spicy Candy when in there for the road!

This place is a local liquor store with the Mexican food in the back. They also have check cashing, lottery and some grocery type items! You walk past the main cashier to another ordering window, then go to the main cashier line, pay, and return your receipt to the food window. I am always looking for authentic Mexican food and this was pretty good! It tasted homemade. We ordered a carne asada burrito smothered with green sauce, enchilada style for $2 more. This burrito was served on a plate with metal silverware & was hot and good quality, served with two types of salsa on the side, but they also have ketchup and the normal selection of hot sauces at your table. We also ordered a California burrito, enchilada style with red sauce for $2 more than the burrito price. This burrito was 25% larger than the carne asada and also good quality. The people were friendly and helpful. This place is worth a try!
